Having grown a small company in Calgary, Canada into a global best-in-class business with 360 employees and generating $50M in annual revenue, Mr. Blake’s team brings best business practices to Christian schools for extraordinary change, funding and missional growth. Following the sale of his previous company, Kelly served as head of school at Bearspaw Christian School (BCS) for ten years and applied best-practice principles that led to significant growth and funding of BCS. He is the former chairman of the board of The Mustard Seed Foundation and has served or is serving on a variety of boards including publicly traded corporations, private foundations and churches. Kelly and his wife Mychelle reside in Phoenix, Arizona.
