Waldemar Kohl

Waldemar brings over 20 years of executive leadership and management experience to his role as Principal Consultant. His focus is on helping organizations create and drive organizational clarity through a strong and healthy leadership team. Waldemar's approach enables companies to realize bottom-line results by transforming their culture and replacing politics and confusion with clarity and teamwork. Currently Waldemar works with CEOs and executive teams to quickly and effectively apply the concepts captured in all of Patrick Lencioni’s books. His clients span a spectrum of industries, including technology and software, healthcare, financial services, education and manufacturing, Prior to joining The Table Group, Waldemar was Vice President of Practice Management & Consulting at Fidelity Investments. Before Fidelity he served as Executive Director at USAA. Waldemar received his BSBA from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Texas in San Antonio. He passed the CFP® Examination in 2004, and the ChFC® Certification in 2011. Waldemar was awarded two U.S. Patents for succession planning for advisors.
